My name is Chris and I’m a Photographer, Artist and Digital Creative.
To me, your wedding is all about the ‘lovely love’: the hand on the shoulder, the warm embrace, the wind in the trees and the years of love between you that has led to this moment of lifelong commitment. When I shoot a wedding, it’s these moments that I want to capture.
Happy couples that I’ve worked with have described the work that I deliver as original, cool and creative. You can be sure that your images will be timeless, long lasting and I’m not afraid to push boundaries or try new things either.
Because this is the way I work I’ve been called the ‘swiss army knife’ of wedding photography: I can tell your story and include the tear jerkers, but I know how and when to step up for the more traditional photos too.
If you have concerns about difficult lighting situations, then don’t worry: I can handle these with ease.
Couples also like my service because it’s personal. I’m not an off the shelf product. I’m unique just like your wedding – if you welcome me into such an intimate part of your lives for the day, amongst all of your friends and family, this makes it personal for me too. I’ll be the one who is there from start to finish: the one meeting you, covering your day, editing and delivering your images.
For me, my role is not just about shooting a wedding, but about being a family historian.
In the weeks before your wedding and on the day itself, you’ll find me to be friendly, approachable, honest and completely open-handed about my work. You’ll see me telling nan she looks like the queen, and getting involved in tying cravats, fixing buttonholes and even repairing wedding dresses should the need arise. You can always be sure that I’ll be within reach, easy to find and happy to help on the day.
Picking any wedding supplier is a minefield and with photography in particular you’re having to pass the responsibility over to someone who has only one chance to record something that will last a lifetime. This is why you’ll find over 100 wedding galleries containing over 7,000 images on this website – allowing you to see my work for yourself and understand who I am as a person and as a photographer.

“Having fallen in love with baking and cake decorating, I undertook a four year college course in Royal Icing & advanced cake decorating; gained distinctions in all the qualifications, & my love of cake decorating grew and grew. I have invested a massive amount of time to teach myself as much as possible & I still learn something new every day! In 2012 I embarked on turning my love of creating beautiful cakes into a full time profession as I feel so passionate about the importance of having perfection on your special day. Something too many people still miss out on.
Not having an artistic background hasn’t held me back at all, when I plan a cake and start working on the design elements, I just work from the heart and create what I consider to be beautiful and elegant.”
I provide natural, creative and heartfelt documentary photography for your wedding day. My style is very relaxed, I like to let things happen naturally and catch those fun spontaneous moments that you will want to remember.
We’ll also get some lovely portrait photos of just the two of you, and I’ll make sure that you feel comfortable, relaxed and enjoy yourself. You’ll be surprised how nice it is to get away from the madness of your wedding and just be calm and together for a few minutes!
