INVITATION PRINTING SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you would like Syntego to Print your invitation inserts then please make sure you read these terms and conditions carefully, they really aren’t that bad, but they do let you know what we require from you and what you can expect from us in return. Please also note that your order must be placed before we enter in to discussions of your proofs or produce any samples for you. We charge £0.35 per copy (ex vat) with a minimum charge of £25 for printing your inserts to allow for the customers that only want small numbers of inserts.

Proof approval:
Syntego DO NOT offer the service of typing your inserts for you, it is your responsibility to make any and all amendments to your inserts and we will print what you send us. We request you use our Free Templates to produce your insert proofs, once you are happy with your wording please email the insert proof via email to elliott.isbitt@syntego.co.uk
Please note that YOU are responsible for checking layout, wording, spelling and grammar. Syntego will then print your inserts, if after printing you discover a mistake has been made and replacements are required, they will be charged for in full. Getting your proof right is important so it is worth you taking the time to make sure everything is just how you want it. We will not proceed to print until you are completely satisfied with your final proof.
Samples:
Samples are sent as a means for the customer to see the quality of the products we offer and we are happy to supply a free sample of the product with a blank insert so that you can make your choice with confidence.
Timescales:
Once we have received your completed template email and payment in full, we aim to get your design proof photographed and emailed to you with in 24 hours.. Once we receive your final approval email, your finished stationery will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Every effort is made to get orders processed and sent as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, these timings may change due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will always keep you updated on your order.
International Delivery:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Customs Fees / Import Duties are not a part of our shipping fees. Please note that any international delivery may exceed expected delivery time.
Cancelling an order:
Should you decide to cancel an order after you have given us your final approval to go ahead we will only offer a 50% refund.
