How soon can you ship my order ?

We aim to ship your order within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. You will receive an-email confirmation from our ordering system when your goods have been shipped.

I’m worried about paying for my order over the Internet.

Our site uses a secure, encrypted channel to communicate with our bank. Your credit card details will NOT be stored on our system other than for the purposes of completing the payment transaction.

We do realise that many people have concerns about using their credit card over the Internet. We therefore offer a range of other payment options that can be selected at the time you place your order. These are :

–  We accept payments by PayPal
– The ability to post us a cheque.
– Credit card payment over the phone.

What is your Privacy and Acceptable Use Policy ?

We will not disclose any of your details to a third party. The information we collect is only used to process your order.

Use of Cookies

Our site uses cookies to store information about your shopping basket contents. This is so you can move from page to page and take your shopping basket with you.

Please make sure your browser is set up to accept cookies (this will be the default setting).

Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your goods then we will refund your money if the goods are returned in their original condition within 10 days. The customer will incur the postage fees. Safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise that you get a free certificate of posting from the Post Office when you return your goods to ensure you are protected if the parcel goes missing.

Should your items arrive damaged please contact us as soon as possible to discuss whether we should issue replacements or a refund.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to seven days after placement. If you wish to do so, please contact us immediately.

Please note that for the bespoke collection no returns or refunds are accepted after final proof has been agreed by customer.
